For over 29 years, Mr. Shell has been providing a wide variety of Architectural Services for his Clients.
Due to Mr. Shell's commitment to helping Architects, Clients and Developers as well as our community by chairing the City's, Design Review Board and Board of Adjustment for 22 years, and currently re-appointed, serving as the Chair again on the Board of Adjustment, Vice-Chair on the City's, Sign Code Advisory & Appeals Board for 2 years, he has gained a unique perspective on how to work with the City, and how to successfully navigate projects through the "system".
In addition, his City involvement and positive working relationships have allowed him the opportunity to Master Plan and redesign entire city blocks during the City's "Speedway Widening Project" while working hand in hand with the City's Real Estate Department & Attorneys and the individual property Owners & Attorneys. (All of our condemnation projects along Speedway Blvd. were settled out of court and were resolved so as to satisfy the property owners and the City, which you can imagine, was quite an achievment!)
Currently, we have started working on the "Grant Road Widening Project" providing the same site planning & consulting services.
We use the most current version of Autodesk - Revit Architecture® to produce all of our work.
This revolutionary new BIM software has allowed us to provide extremely accurate, detailed and fully coordinated Construction Documents. It also produces very realistic, accurate and beautiful renderings, sketches & 3D images which enables the Client, Contractors, and the approving Agencies to visualize and fully understand the Design.
Every year, Autodesk has certified Mr. Shell as a "Certified Revit User & Certified Professional" which allows him to teach Revit to students other design and construction related professionals.
Before purchasing a parcel or building for your new location, or before remodeling an existing facility, we feel that it is extremely important to perform both a Preliminary and a Detailed site & building investigation as early as possible in order to determine the feasibility of the project as well as identifying any major obstacles, both building and zoning related, in order to help you to make your decision.
We also perform Site and Neighborhood Studies to help determine whether a site could be re-zoned or if a zoning variance could possibly be granted by the Board of Adjustment.
Construction Documents
These are an example of drawings used for construction. Because of our "Hand Drafting" background, we believe that Construction Documents should not only be clear and accurate, but they should be beautiful and graphically communicate our intent.
These are some examples of images which we can produce to communicate a design or a type of lighting.
